  This seller is outstanding !! Material is good on the umbrella. Shipping was great and so was the packaging. However, the wood structure is not very good. I had to alter the wood slide mechanism as it would not slide up and down at all. Then I had to put screws to support all the wood ribs that hold the umbrella up, because only a piece of thin wire was holding the ribs together. Overall, after alterations to the wood structure, it is a solid umbrella.

  The item was properly packaged and arrived in good condition, but the size was different from what was stated in the product description, so the frame I had purchased ended up being useless.
