  The product was New as described, the only negative I experienced is the powder coated paint was chip on 3 of the top 4 corners of the post base, May have happened in shipping, the box was a little beat up. It's a post base though so it won't be visible after it's touched up a bit with black paint which I will do so it doesn't show rust quickly. Otherwise, it is a Great Product.
