  Pleased that they have such a fair and honest business module! They were unable to fulfill my order, but took prompt action to make sure I was refunded immediately. I received an email with a detailed explanation and sincere apology, even though it was through no fault of their own. I would definitely do business with them again - just for the customer service alone and the quality products they appear to sell. They had even given me a coupon/discount for the item I wanted, too!
