  Shipping was good packing was nice Item really wasn't to my liking. so, I did a return, and I paid for shipping out of my own pocket and I was not refunded all of my money I will not do business with this seller again. The picture looks better than the ring does

  After this buyer stated the ring was beautiful and as shown, but larger on their finger than they preferred, I asked them to open a return through ebay. They refused to use that process and still sent the item...a month later. As in an normal change of mind return, shipping costs are removed from the refund, which is exactly what occurred.
