  I didn't like a couple of things about the item received, but seller offered me options including return which I chose, then fully refunded my purchase price and shipping charges the very same day as they received the return shipment from me. This is a very reputable seller I would have no problem with purchasing from again in the future. Thank you!

  Product was as described and everything worked great. Packaging was very secure. My only nit pick is they took a week to get the item in the mail but once it was it arrived in 2 days!

  I received all the rock band equipment except the games. I contacted seller and all they would say is that they inspect every order personally and it had to have happened at my end. I didn't get them. I checked everything. I ended up keeping the equipment, because it was going to be a really big hassle. I ended up buying games from other sellers, but that was a total waste of money on my end and I'm very displeased!
