  The card arrived damaged by the mail carrier. It was literally bent in half. Although it was not the sellers fault, she was amazing at replacing the damaged card and went above and beyond to make sure it arrived in perfect condition. Great customer service!

  Shipping took so long. it took weeks before it was shipped. And this image sure did look brown, which is the larger version but when it gets here, it is the small black version. I guess it is my fault for not double checking on the measurements. But it is still deceptive to use a picture that looks like The larger brown bible instead of the smaller black one I guess deception is normal for Christians. also I know for a fact that these Bibles were free, but yet this person sells small one for $30

  I'm sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. I had a notice posted about a 2-week vacation, and your order shipped promptly upon my return. The listing included clear photos and measurements. I do my best to describe all items honestly. I was surprised by the feedback, especially the comment about Christians, which felt unfair. I would have gladly accepted a return if you'd reached out. Customer satisfaction truly matters to me. Also, I purchased this at an estate sale.
