    Seller was great, I stupidly didn't read the description properly stating they couldn't ship to NI, after chatting with the seller, they sent to NI via a different courier, and assured me they would package appropriately. Item arrived in perfect condition, so grateful for the sellers communication and working with me to get the part to me in NI!

    Arrived a bit late, but not sellers fault a hold up in transit. Arrived clean, and well packaged for a 2nd hand towbar. All as described in advert, and I think very good value, as new ones were very expensive. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from seller again.

    Item damaged in transit because of lack of packaging. Discussed with seller and they issued a partial refund, which I can pick-up. I would be happy to buy from them again and leave positive feedback based on how they dealt with the problem. Good eBayer.
