  It's annoying when the product doesn't match the description and the company won't find a solution in their response. According to the description, the fender should fit a 19" and up to 120 wide, mine is 19" and 110 wide. But it hits the tire either at the top and goes free at the bottom, or goes free at the top and hits the bottom, which means it doesn't fit. The company's excuse is that it's an old tire with a larger profile. The fender only fits low profile tires.
