I tried contacting the seller and they said that I should just "reach out when something falls off" - crazy to me. I made the point that this is a serious safety hazard and requested more options. They offered to send another one to have a professional bolt it down, but the kit does not provide the parts to install it this way. Not worth the money or the headache.
