We are constantly investing in new product development technologies, such as advanced designing programs and high-resolution scanners, so that we can apply solutions that comply to the highest standards and specifications. For the development of our products we use solid aluminum and resin molds which are manufactured in a C.N.C. machine. This is followed by the production process at high pressure polyurethane injection and ABS plastic thermoforming machines.

Placing them on the lights looks like you may need to loses the 10mm nuts to get the covers to sit on correctly. Not adjusting the light may mean that the cover could rub against the bumper. This may cause paint to become damaged. I have painted my covers, they come a gloss black. But I wanted them to pop in the sunlight so I painted them. If you are to do the same I would recommend flating the plastic 1st before painting. This is my experience yours may differ.
