    Closed and locked gates wasted another half hour of my already 2hr detour to collect, trying to gain access to the site. Not at all easy to find as stated. I made a special trip to collect, only to be told my item was broken; despite agreeing a time and date for collection. A refund and apology was offered after another twenty minute wait and I understand accidents happen, but no excuse for my wasted trip. I could have been informed of the breakage sooner, before having arrived to collect.
