  My apologies. WE have 3 ebay stores and during my absence, my wife was managing all three and she was ill much of the time. When I could not locate it, I thought I had sent an offer of any two replacement ads but the buyer has not received it. I am initiating a full refund with my sincere apologies. David

  The item listed and paid did not arrive due it was not available. A substitute offered did not arrive either. Inquires were ignored. A request for refund ignored.

  A replacement package of 3 ads was sent, but has not arrived. USPS has them and erratic as they are, I'm sure they will be delivered, Lack of communication in part due to power line replacements needed and iillness. I apologise to this buyer and have initiated a refund for her as well.
