Faulty defective and u don't understand why they sell them clearly the battery does not fit the machine it had 3 prongs inside and four on battery been defective from manufacturer do not buy from this seller I definitely recommend you go to clearance bargains at Darlington so much better and they actually work and are so much cheaper than this one I got a one for 130 with 2 battery packs and do not buy from this seller do not waste your money con stuff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

I returned the first item as due to a warehouse glitch the wrong tool set was sent. Excellent seller communication meant the problem was soon remedied and the correct tool set arrived. I would advise anyone to get this set if they are starting out using chainsaws as its contents and robust case means I can carry out all my routine chainsaw maintenance needs on site. Unbelievably good value for money.

after a slight warehouse glitch which saw the wrong tool set delivered, the seller sorted out the problem quickly and with no fuss. Excellent communication from the seller. The tool set is perfect for me , its durable carry case means I can take it anywhere I am working to handle onsite maintenance on my chainsaws. As well as being fantastic value for money. I would advise anyone to but this set as specially if they are just starting working with chainsaws and need a good comprehensive tool set
