  Was sent a dirty defective unit. Contacted seller and they sent a replacement unit and return label. The controllers are off brand and when trying to play 2 player on any game they have glitches, and it's very frustrating

  unit was NOT defective but sent a replacement anyway and bent over backwords to work with this buyer. we have sold over 6000 consoles to happy customers but sometimes no matter what you do you deal with people like this. we always strive to make our customers happy!
