  Package took a beating during shipping, upon arrival it was missing one of the screws. The listing had minimal description, so I can't really argue that it wasn't as described but I wish it had mentioned that it came with an adhesive surface cover for non-glass build plates, I also didn't realize the build plate was not included(again - I blame it on slim description). But for the price it was sold at - I can at least say it balances. Overall I'm satisfied with purchase.

  The seller only created a shipping label but never handed the package over to the carrier. After multiple messages and broken promises to ship, they stopped responding. I lost nearly a month before eBay had to step in and issue a refund. Very bad experience.

  Arrived fast and as described , but Item arrived packaged loosely in a box and not wrapped. The items work for what they do. I would still buy from seller but ask to do a better packaging. Thank You
