Item arrived with one side of handle cracked (see pic). Seller apologized and offered $100 off which I refused. Seller then asked if there was anything else they could do, and I responded that I could only pay $350 for a knife like this with a cracked handle. Seller stated this was unrealistic. Item was returned and money was refunded. Those are THE FACTS. He is upset as he could not get me to accept a discount on a collector-grade (one-of-a-kind) knife with damaged handle (crack through the petosky stone). The TRUTH is that anything I would have done after refusing to buy the defective (discounted) knife from him, other than what HE wanted, would have resulted in his tirade. You should read the insults he messaged me. Reported him to Ebay for policy violations.
