  The set was shipped promptly & each boxed car was well packed. They were just as describe & pictured, so they will certainly be an addition that I will value for years to come. One issue, not about the seller, is that many manufacturers don't seem to match the paint colors very well of VIA sets from one manufacturer to another, so try & get as large of a set from one manufacturer as you would care to have, if possible. Great purchase & would definitely buy from seller again!

  Item was packed well and arrived fully intact. Was right in the price range I needed for testing DC motors without breaking the bank. Controller matched description. Shipping time was about as expected, though I was hoping for it to go out sooner but that's more on me for the late night purchase vs realistic expectations. Didnt need a communication from the seller in this case. Would buy from again!

  Item arrived promptly, but without a part pictured. Item was otherwise as advertised and works well. Seller was VERY responsive regarding the missing part, and we arrived at a more than satisfactory solution. I would buy from here again.

  Shipping failed, but USPS was to blame, Item was lost Seller fouled a claim and it was finally received but it was broken beyond repair. Seller was very helpful and refunded my money. Packaging was crushed by shipper, the packing was done properly by seller.

  Received shipping yesterday with the packaging very well protected in bubble wrap and popcorn. Item was better than described almost new and well handled over the years. I need to look at sellers store for another. This is a quality piece of rolling stock that will look great pulled behind my Shay locomotives. With a little weathering it will blend right in. It’ll add a nice value to the layout. Thank you.
