The tote will be used to haul our books when we travel. I don't believe this tote has ever been used as it looks brand new (pictures and description of item were accurate). My wife will be very surprised on Mother's Day. My only negative comment is the shipping costs which were about $3 less than what I paid for the item. Other than the shipping costs, great experience and perfect purchase.
