  I am happy with this purchase, but the seller sent me the 2720 instead of the 2760. The 2720 is Verizon locked, and I am using Verizon, so I am happy with the phones I received. The phones where packaged well, and shipped quickly. The phones themselves are in very good condition, but most of the batteries are at the end of their life cycle, and I may have to buy new batteries. Note to the seller: if they want the phones back, they can give me a return label but I am happy with what I received.

  First, this Kyocera duraforce pro 3 phone is listed as used when it was refurbished. Second, the phone has started to constantly overheat. I bought a brand new battery for it, but that is not the problem because it continues to overheat. Be cautious when buying a phone from these people.

  This phone is unlocked in the USA. The customer tried using it in Columbia and this is why it didn't work. We offered the customer a 100% refund.
