  Out of the seller's control, customs mixed up my parcel with another parcel and mislabeled it as my parcel so I didn't receive the correct item but the seller was very prompt to communicate with me and ebay and ebay was prompt to refund. Thank-you!

  The print arrived as described in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the frame’s description was far from accurate. Seller posted as “bottom corners of frame have a small scruff.” The print was falling out of the entire frame. Appeared to be damaged and dry rotted. I had to take the art piece to an art gallery to have it reframed. An unexpected additional cost of $230. The expectation was to just hang the art piece upon receipt.
