  I purchased this item & it shipped with a delivery date of one week. Tracking was not provided and after waiting a week I contacted them to report the issue. The response, we don't provide tracking it should arrive soon and it comes in a plain envelope so I should look more closely to see if I overlooked it in my mail. Really!! Several days later I contacted them again and a full refund was made. During the week up to the refund they had relisted this item at the same price. Hmm! Never came!
