  Good: received the DVD ahead of schedule in perfect condition Bad: Chapter 2 won't play in a DVD/BD player and shows "Cinavia Messages: Message Code 3" which indicates "The audio track of the video that you are playing contains a Cinavia code indicating that it is an unauthorized copy of professionally-produced content." It can't be played on my DVD player while the other 3 discs play perfectly. I'd like to know what you are willing to do to make things right for me.
