  Item came as described brand new, tags on, in original clothe storage bag/original box. It is perfect in every way! The price was exactly what I would have paid if I had purchased it when I originally looked at on the Nomad Lane website back in February. I am very happy as Nomad has put out a "new" version of this bag and I was at first unable to find it at that original price. Item shipped immediately. Original packaging. Positive seller experience from time of purchase on.

  The item was shipped in a brown cardboard box with some padding. It arrived later than expected but that was no fault of the seller. The item is new, as described in the post. Excellent cost!

  Vac arrived around 4 days late but that's on USPS. It was packaged well. It was new, never been used, as described. Definitely worth the value, seems to be operating well. Haven't used on all carpets in house yet but I think should be great.

  The item worked as described, the seller promptly shipped, and tracking was good. The only thing I would say is the box was kind of ragged, but the seller indicated this. Everything was in the box and it worked perfectly for my application.

  I will have no problem with purchasing from this vendor again. The USPS mis-shipped/lost the package, even though their tracking showed all was correct and it was in a particular distro center. The seller was quick to ship, used what should be a trusted method to ship, maintained great communications. The seller initiated a refund shortly after their own communication with the USPS. Awesome customer service, an example of what eBay sellers should be.
