  They seller cancelled my order because I didn’t order two items and then the seller gave sketchy reason that they couldn’t ship only one item - even though that’s what they advertised. They haven’t changed the ad - you can still buy one item - so this must be a way to force you to spend more money. Poor business plan.

  I am very pleased with this purchase! The item was carefully packaged, ensuring the hair color tube arrived in perfect condition. Every detail was considered to prevent damage during shipping.   Very disappointed with this experience. I placed my order on July 3rd, and as of July 12th, the item has still not been shipped. The seller is unresponsive and has not replied to any of my messages. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
