  Item arrived on time and in good condition but clearly marked for wrong printer, so returned and full refund given immediately but I later determined that the cartridges could work in my printer. So the problem was just bad communication from supplier.

  No communication from seller, order placed 16 Sep 2025, never received, it wasn't until I raised a complaint that I had some satisfation (fortunately I did receive a full refund) but the time waiting for the toner caused quite a few problems, sorry to say I would not recommend this seller as I am begining to wonder if they're even based in the UK?

  Still didn’t arrive after 8 days but was told post office lost it and didn’t provide tracking number. Only thing is listing says untracked was offered replacement later when back in stock but item being still sold?. Only good thing is got full refund but lost all those days.

  The first package didn't arrive. The Seller checked the delivery process - and it had disappeared in the postal system. He resent - and it arrived within a couple of days. I don't know yet if the cartridges will work in the printer - this will be down to the software in the printer (hence the 3*). The service we received from the Seller was excellent and we are prepared to take the gamble as otherwise the printer will have to go into landfill.
