  I ordered an item listed as ‘new without tags’, however upon receiving it, it showed clear marks of usage, therefore cannot be gifted. I contact the seller, who resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction, so I understand that this was a simple listing error and would not hesitate to shop from this seller again. Response times have been speedy, kind and clearly communicated. Great support and customer service all around, I would highly recommend!

  Edit: After contacting the seller, they were quick to not only apologize and recognize the problem with the item, but to also resolve this issue to my complete satisfaction. According to this interaction I would change my rating to a 5 star review.

  This Bissell steamer was exactly as described. The box had a hole in the side which I’m guessing was from the shipper. The steamer doesn’t appear to be damaged and I plan to use it in a couple of days on my floors.

Good quality as item is new as described and came in great condition. Fast shipping too. Great little radio for the price. Receives well and has good FM stereo too with headphones.
