  The books were lost in the mail, but the seller was very active trying to find them, and they issued me a refund promptly when it became obvious the books wouldn't get to me. Thank you!

  All the alcohol pads had been removed from their original packaging boxes and stuffed into a shipping envelope packed so tightly that they were not in what a condition that they would have been in the factory box. Seller was for some unknown reason failed to ship in a cardboard box that would have protected them vs removing all the pads two hundred and I had to try to put into the original boxes. Very unprofessional. Regret this purchase.

  I messaged you prior to shipping if this was ok and you approved it. They were shipped the cheapest way possible as the price $12.99 with free shipping was what you paid. They were also put 100 into zip lock bags, along with the boxes, very simple to fold back into a box and put contents back in. Why the complaint now, and why didn't you contact me prior to negative review to work something ?
