  Item listed as new and confirmed this with the seller. It is obviously used as there were stains on the sheet as well as the bassinet itself. There were also scratch marks on the components as if it has been used before. The storage bag for the bassinet also had stains and a hole ripped through it. The box said it was manufactured on 02/25/2020, but the label on the actual bassinet says manufactured on 06/06/2020. Used repackaged product made to seem like it was new. Product manual also missing.

  I am sorry for your concern , but I will assure you its brand new , i have sold over 100 , and box were water damaged to listed as open box , and we do switch the boxes , these are brand new and never used item and being sold as open box item and price reflects this condition .

  Arrived with the box badly damaged. It was missing rubber spacers. The plastic spacers provided are to thick and don't allow them to bolt on with the provided bolts. I was able to make them work in the end and they look and work good.
