  They ARE marked size 7C, but anyone with eyes can tell they are much smaller - probably a size 4. Seller took zero responsibility. I mean - these shoes are TINY. Only reason I'm not giving negative rating is the size does SAY 7C, but these people sell a lot of shoes - unless they are completely blind, they should have noted that these shoes were mis-sized.
