  Purchased their item and it took 11 days to get to my door.On top of that the shipping was more than the item.

  Hi your hat was shipped on the 23rd of June and arrived on the 30th of June, that is not 11 days, and unfortunately once an item is shipped we have no control over the post office and their handling time, however we are sorry that it took so long. Regarding your shipping -you put in an offer on the hat (which by the way is already at a great price being NEW and not used), which we did accept, hence why your shipping was more (which we also again don't control and set at lowest possible rates)

  Unfortunately the figure I purchased came with a broken horn because of the either thr poor packaging or the pre-established damage to the box. The listing did say the figure would be in good condition, but that was not the case. I do believe the price would’ve been fair if the figure was not broken. Have yet to contact the seller, will update if possible afterwards
