  I ordered another latch from this vendor, Went through the same weird process of tracking showing delivery, again security cameras do not lie. I was told that product was lost and money was refunded. Something sketchy is going on with this vendor and I do not recommend using this site.

  After payment, seller sent tracking information and that it was delivered. My security cameras did not record a delivery. Did not understand how this happened but was refunded my purchase price. Very unusual and weird transaction. I would not recommend this vendor.

  Seller sent the package by UPS. UPS got all of the address labels wrong and my item was lost. Seems like I can get no help.
