  Both windows arrived with issues. Stripped screws, whole screen, and one had a massive dent on the bottom. At first, I thought the seller would try to make it right as we were in communication, however, after he said he would make it right he never did. Then he stopped responding to any of my messages and months have gone by with zero contact from the seller. One of the worst eBay experiences I have ever had.

  Be cautious with this customer—he is trying to scam us. We offer a free return service, but this customer refuses to return the item yet insists on getting a refund. We even left him a message asking him to return the item, but received no response at all. Instead, he left a negative review that is completely contrary to the facts. It’s utterly ridiculous.

  It wasn’t the exact match but I made it work and they gave me a full refund. That says a lot about who they are as a business and how they treat their customers. If something is wrong they will go the extra mile to make it right. I would suggest and encourage other buyers to buy from this seller.
