  The headphones arrived in great condition! They were a different color than described, but I don't care about the color and it's a nice shade. Buying an equivalent on amazon or something would probably be way more expensive and despite being listed as used, they were still in the box and looked new.

  Seller said in the post that the item works. On arrival, I plugged it in. It does not work. All it does is beep. It was also evident that someone had opened the case in the past, as the tamper evident was broken. Seller required me to return the item to get a refund.

  It was a quick return without any hassle. Except they cancelled the sale with an excuse, so I'm neutral on the matter

  Was like new condition as it was a pallet/bulk buy. When tested everything functioned as it should and looked good. My issue was with the listing description and pictures not matching. Communication was barely there from the seller to resolve my concerns prior to returning the item.
