The seller was extremely helpful and I am delighted that tomorrow I can now get our car repaired. The is a high quality part and is clearly brand new and its appearance is just as advertised. In the UK this is a rare item due to a national shortage and so I am so pleased the seller and their courier (DHL) managed to get it from Germany to my front door in the UK in 10 days. Wow, what a great service and value for money.

Notwithstanding, the Seller tried their best to locate and was helpful as much as they could, but then had to refund me completely, because the item could not be located. Furthermore, the Tracking information on the Tracking site vanished, as if being deleted, and thus neither of us could monitor Tracking information.
