  I was sent the completely wrong color of the item I ordered. It was not the item in the picture at all, different color and no tags. I contacted the seller and was able to get a partial refund but it was only half of what I paid. The whole experience was a waste of time and money.

  We did unfortunately send the wrong item and apologized sincerely for the error. Errors do happen on occasion and we ALWAYS try to make things right which is why we had 100% positive feedback for 16 years before this review. We ALWAYS ask and include a slip that requests buyer reach out to us BEFORE leaving negative feedback so we have the opportunity to make it RIGHT. New2u4Less refunded the FULL amount. We reached out after the (-) feedback to again request what we could do. No response.
