  The quality of the item was poor. The condition of the item was poor. The value of the item was ok. The appearance of the item seemed good. This seller gave me a very hard time returning a defective item. The seller did not try to help me resolve the issue and only requested pics and video which I'm waiting on the shop to remove so I can return the item. I would absolutely not recommend buying anything from this seller

  The carburetor was listed as compatible with the model engine that I have. It took 16 days to get here. Did not ship from the state on the listing. I was given credit (Not by "Newcarb" but by ebay.) Then it shows up and the lawnmower runs like absolute garbage. Adjusting the air/gas mixture did not help. I ended up using the needle and seat from the new carb in the old one and NOW it runs fine. SHADY- BAD CARB. BAD SHIPPING. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. INACCURATE POSTING
