  Item was shipped as described. Shipping was timely. Seller was responsive. Packing was sufficient. Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Based on this experience I would recommend this seller.

  Fast shipping, well packaged, as described, great value on the Precision 7960 package. The seller fixed the 3 year warranty issue nicely and also gave a partial refund on the wrong power cable type. All in all, I will buy again from seller. Thank you!

  Item as described and arrived with enough packing materail I believe the shipper could've drop-kicked the box all the way here without any damage. Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.

  As described. Dell refurb so the box was sealed, it has a warranty, and it's in better condition than I expected. No cosmetic issues at all. Win10 would have been nice, but I'm not going to fuss about that since it matched the listing. Fast shipping, great packaging, would buy again from this seller AA++

  The shipping was quick. the packaging had some exterior bumps but the product inside was in good condition the features of the laptop meet the description. For the price, I am happy with the purchase.

  My graphics card arrived seemingly fine but it had a dent in the mounting bracket that was seemingly due to what was shipping damage. The company responded quick and accepted my return request so I will be re-ordering again and I will include images of the new one I get. Amazing customer service, the sellers are very helpful!
