  Description and pictures listed on eBay are different from the actual item I received. I have contacted the seller twice regarding this issue—only one response was received, and I am still waiting for a reply to my second email. I am requesting to return the item because the description and pictures are misleading and do not match the item that was sent to me. However, the seller has not responded to my request.
