  Unit broke the 2nd time it was used. Seller doesn't want to replace quickly, only offer a new part which would take over a month to arrive. The unit is useless without it and it's our primary cooker. Seller offers 15$ to forget it and buy a part here, but they don't sell "parts." Seller is TOTALLY UNHELPFUL!!! SCAM...   Beware of this seller 1) Shipment arrived late 2) Item arrived with missing parts 3) Seller offered a bare minimum refund for me to search for the missing parts locally and when I advised them that I locate the parts size locally I was advised to wait until they have an opportunity to ship the parts out in the future at which time they will contact me with a tracking number. This has been an ongoing issue for a month now and still not resolved. Order at your own risk NEVER AGAIN
