  I am aware of this sellers policy of no returns on this item stating minor issues with grate. Upon receiving it, found that was a total mis statement! My grate was in much better shape, and I told him that was total false advertising. Asked him for a refund but never heard back. Photo shown on eBay shows very well and very hard to believe what I received is the same item. I'm hoping that there is a back up eBay policy that will cover for bad sellers. Please advise what I can do from here.

  In case you haven't noticed i only had one of these, which is why I listed it as one instead of a pair (they sell much easier and for more money as a pair) so no i didn't send a different one from in the picture. You can zoom in on photos and see the defects I noted very clearly and see that they match exactly what I sent. You people really make me want to quit ebay sometimes, and I definitely would if I didnt need the money
