  Buyer beware. I do not believe I received new products from this seller and he was VERY fiesty with me when I messaged him about the problems I was having with them. These batteries didn’t come fully charged and did not appear to be in new condition. I had purchased them for a bikepacking trip and only after leaving for this trip did I come to fully understand how bad these batteries were. The seller was not at all understanding or accommodating- instead he accused me of trying to swindle him.

  This buyer purchased 5 power banks designed to charge phones and Laptops. The buyer informed me that he tried to use the power banks to run a tent fan and air pump to inflate an air mattress and falsely claimed the batteries were defective because he ran them out of power rapidly.. Then the buyer tried returning all 5 past 60 days when my return policy was 30 days. This buyer tried committing a fraudulent return and is being reported to ebay.
