After I complained, he didn't even ask for a refund for the part he sent because it was worthless. After that, after a new payment, he sent the part that was ordered but defective. He refunded the money I paid, but not my customs costs twice and the cost of returning the second package (the defective electronic part). Basically, now he doesn't even respond to messages anymore.
