  Product was as described. Brand new. Good quality. Very cute design, and pretty turquoise lid. I thought that the price with shipping was a little high. I didn't think that it was packaged very well. It wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap, or cushioned in any way. However, it wasn't damaged upon arrival.

  Received note from seller that item was damaged and they would not send a damage item ( it was the last one). Posted credit quickly. I am impressed that they communicated so quickly and immediately posted refund. I'd try again with this seller, They clearly care about how they service customers.

  Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong item but the seller helped me with the return & I was issued a refund. It was however well packed & quickly shipped . Just not the right item.

  Fast shipping- unfortunately, I received a different puzzle than what I ordered. The seller responded to my messages and offered to send the correct item and issue me a refund for the incorrect one. Item was sent in an Amazon package. Ebay listed the item as untracked so when I received it, I didn't think it was from this seller. I was not able to return it and ordered the same item from a different seller.
