Its plastic was covered in grease and heavy dirt. It didn't work no matter what I tried to get it to work. It didn't even work with the original Windows 7 requirements; instead, it caused all sorts of problems on my computer. This device was designed to work on WIN 7 ONLY, Not on a system with WIN 10, WIN 11, in Compatibility Mode. 3. The buyer never contacted me about any problem and simply left me a negative feedback. I would have worked something out for him / her, made an exception to my return policy and accepted a return if bought by mistake.
