  I ordered Office 2007 thinking I'd get a legitimate copy of this software that was old stock. Have had luck here before buying real software. Instead I got a BOOTLEG COPY of something. I won't even install this random blank CD-R into an optical drive, for fear it is some Chinese spyware garbage. Would you be happy with a purchase if this random disc showed up? This clown should not be selling ANYTHING on eBay. Total scammer!

  I'm not sure what this negative feedback is about.I always strive to provide honest, prompt, and excellent customer service. In this case, d full refund was issued immediately-without any questions and before the feedback was even left.The buyer did not open a return request, but instead demanded a refund and then left this negative comment.It's concerning when feedback is used unfairly especially by accounts with suspicious or unusual usernames.and it's disheartening when the system is misused
