    The part was advertised as new but was clearly used upon inspection. The seller issued a full refund. However, I do not recommend purchasing MAF sensors from eBay. If the price is too go to be true, it's a red flag. The seller got positive feedback because they refunded me. However, that doesn't reflect the actual item.
