All the pieces (TV, cord, adapter, etc.) in the box were still sealed in the factory-wrapped plastic and the TV was supported well between the 2 Styrofoam pieces to keep it well protected. I was also surprised all three cards were mailed in an empty non-bubble mailer (no invoice or receipt) and each card was in a separate loose unprotected team bag. I have never left anything but positive feedback, but this time, neutral is the very best I can do.
