  Seller was willing to negotiate price upfront, which was appreciated. For some reason, it took them 12 days to even put the item in the mail, and only after I opened a case with eBay for it never being shipped. I see they have 100% positive feedback otherwise, so maybe there was an unforeseen issue, but they should have communicated the delay to me.
