    Arrived on time, though I was very disappointed to find that it was not wrapped in any way. The driver had dirty hands, from opening the tailgate of the van, and inadvertently left greasy finger marks on the item. I should be able to clean these marks off, but this (and the potential for damage), could have been averted if the item had been given some degree of protection.

    Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave your positive feedback. The courier we used discourages any wrapping or packing before they collect, as they need to photograph the item and check for damage before collection. The item should have then been blanket wrapped on their van to protect it during transit. The courier should, however, have ensured it was handled with clean hands or gloves when moving it.
