  some scratches to the surface of the dvd, as it was second hand some damage must be expected, i have still to play it, the packaging was extremely good, the seller provided me with good information as to the progress of my parcel, it was as described on the web site.

  Packaging was so bad not secure Pc shaking every where faked description said it works but need a sad but it had a broken motherboard and the value was so bad l don’t recommend this seller plus postage was late by 3 days

  The condition was as described, as parts/not working as we have discussed in messages. Buyer misread description, and refused to acknowledge this at first. It arrived on time as they complained straight away. There has been no other complaints with packaging. Buyer demanded refund, wanted us to pay postage fee. Buyer was then happy to keep the product. Very hard to communicate with this buyer.
